It’ll take around 45 minutes of your time, and it’s a great way to find out if Pabau is a good fit for you, to see a little bit more about what the system can do, and to ask any questions. 

It’s a simple, no-obligation way to see Pabau in action.

We don’t currently offer a free trial, no. This is because Pabau works best when you have all your data in the system and can see how it works together with our features. We don’t want you do have to deal with that all on your own, which is why we don’t do free trials.

However, that doesn’t mean you can’t get a sneak peek of the system. Take a product tour by simply heading to the ‘Take a product tour’ button on the main nav bar.

There are optional payments for data migration, set-up, and the level of support you need. We charge for this because of the complexity involved in extracting data, setting up the system correctly, and making sure that you get off to a great start with Pabau. 

We also have optional upgrade features – Marketing Plus and Pabau Pay card terminals. 

Finally, we charge an affordable market rate for SMS and video conferencing (we charge by the minute) if you choose to use either of these features.

Your first port of call should be the Pabau Academy, which is our on-demand learning platform. We have a number of courses that will walk you through the features in the system in an easy and simple-to-understand way. If you’re more of a reader, we also have a detailed Knowledgebase packed with hundreds of articles that solve any query!

Of course we can! Our data team have years of experience of migrating data from one system to another, so let’s just say we now have a pretty well-oiled machine in place.

You can either give us access and we’ll extract the data for you or you can do it yourself and then send us the files ready for cleaning up and importing. We’re also experienced in moving practices over from pen and paper, so we can handle that no problem too.

It really depends on you! We have a team ready to get started as soon as you can get your account data over to us. Generally speaking, we can get you set up and ready to use the system in 14 days.

The data is stored in our servers in London, UK.

We offer both monthly and annual contracts, simply choose the option that works best for you.

There are different ways to pay for Pabau including all major credit cards and debit cards. If you opt for an annual contract, you can also opt to pay in instalments using Klarna.

We don’t accept bank transfers.

Our pricing is based on users and clients. If want to add a new user or you go above the number of clients for your pricing tier, you’ll be notified in the system. You’ll then have to upgrade to the next pricing tier to continue using the system.

You can upgrade from within Pabau, simply head to the the manage subscription in the system and select the plan you would like. To downgrade, email [email protected]

Need to cancel? No problem. We don’t want to lock clients into lengthy contracts that don’t work for them, which is why we have a hassle-free 30 day cancellation policy.
