Having a native app is important for any business. According to people we have moved over and their website, Meddbase is yet to launch a mobile app, meaning that the way it will work on your mobile/tablet is via the browser. This makes it difficult to create a great user experience, and you are very limited and reliant on your internet connection, as well as having limited features that are expected from when needing to access your business tools on the go.
We find generally that the people that move from Meddbase to Pabau often quote that they have “grown out of it”, and often hit a brick wall when it comes to the features. Meddbase does not tend to have a ‘Community’, and their range of clients from different sectors suggests that they target all and anyone. One client quoted they have some big contracts with the likes of BUPA may restrict them from working on the wider in-demand features of the everyday medical practice (we know, we have been there!)

In order to build custom reports in Meddbase you need to have a slight technical background according to some clients we have moved over, with it being a very technical process. The feature to build custom reports is known as ‘Query Builder’, and is a paid addon should you wish to use it (it is best to check if this is still the case).

Whilst no provider can guarantee 100% uptime, we make sure all the necessary procedures are in place to avoid any outage big or small. If you did wish to request the data in Excel/CSV format, Meddbase will charge you £400-£500 per table (on average there are 15 tables that are required for a successful migration).
